Novoflex, a German company that produces adapters for photo and video appliances seems to be seeing a good future with the creation of adapters for Fuji’s star player in the mirrorless compact system camera world, the X-Pro1.
Recently, Novoflex has announced a surprising number of 16 new adapters for the Fuji X-Pro1 Camera.
The adapters for the Fuji X-Pro1 will let the 16 megapixel Fuji X-Pro1 mirrorless camera be eligible to be used with a variety of non-XF lenses including Nikon, Canon FD, Olympus OM, Contax, Minolta MD , Leica M and AF Mounts.
The new line of adapters from Novoflex for Fuji X-Pro1 is set to be released by the end of May, 2012. That means a few days are left to grab the hands on the new adapters.
The estimated price range is $150 to $275 for the Novoflex adapters which doesn’t come cheap when compared to adapters sold on ebay from chinese sources but the build quality and precise adjustment of focal distance justifies the price difference.
The prices of the Novoflex adapters depend on the complexity and performance level. All the professional photographers and wannabes with a Fuji X-Pro1 should get ready to try some Novoflex adapters for amazing and experimental pictures with their existing lens from either Olympus, Canon FD, Nikon or the mythical Leica M mount.
